Returns & Exchange
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All full-priced product purchased on our website is eligible for a return within 14days after delivery. To return an item for a full refund or make an exchange please read below and contact us at email@example.com.
Please note the below exceptions for all returns and exchanges:
- Product showing any signs of wear, resizing, scratch or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- Items that are specific to individuals such as alphabets, names, or engraved pieces are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Any bespoke size, colour or any form of customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE there for can not be returned or exchanged.
- If you are shipping back your order, please ensure it is packed securely and in its original packaging and all bones items that was included in the packaging. ZK Collection is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.
- All non-jewelry, accessory items are FINAL SALE.
- All sale, discounted and promoted products are FINAL SALE
- Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
- Promotional gifts, give away gifts and any advertisement item given on social media or website are not refundable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once your return has been received and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment. If you do not see a credit after 7 business days, please contact your banking center.
At this time, we unfortunately do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, it may be canceled at any time before it has shipped. To request a cancellation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can unfortunately no longer be canceled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for canceled orders that have already shipped.
If you placed a custom order, you can request a change or cancellation within 48 hours of purchasing. Please note that all custom orders are final sale after the 48 hour window.
