What should I do if I receive a damaged or broken product?

 If you receive a newly purchased piece from ZKCOLLECTION with a manufacturing defect, such as a broken chain or lock, please inform us at order@zkcollection.co within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will ensure that the issue is fixed and the product is shipped back to you free of charge.

 

If you have a jewelry piece that needs repair, we offer repair services to help you keep your jewelry in the best condition. Our basic repair consultation fee is 30 euros, which covers the initial assessment of the product by our team.

 

It's important to note that ZKCOLLECTION and our team cannot be held responsible for any loss of diamonds, locks, stones, chains, or any parts of the jewellery after you have received your order. If any parts need to be replaced, you will be informed of additional charge via email.

 

 

ZKCOLLECTION.CO reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
